I am pleased to share some exciting updates within our Service teams, aimed at enhancing the AD24 aftermarket support for our valued customers. Please join me in congratulating the following individuals on their new roles:

1. John Gillies: Formerly the Regional Service Manager for Scotland, John Gillies has assumed the position of Group Technical Manager. He will strengthen our technical support and ensure that customer issues are addressed collaboratively with our quality and engineering colleagues.

2. Brian McCluskey: Brian McCluskey, from the Scottish Field Service team, has successfully filled the open position of Regional Service Manager for Scotland.

3. Colin Blunt: Colin Blunt, previously the Regional Service Manager for the Northwest of England, has accepted a new role in Manufacturing Engineering based in Mivi. We wish him every success in this transition.

4. Ian Hutchinson: Ian Hutchinson, a dedicated member of the Northeast Field Service team, is now the Regional Service Manager for the Northwest.

5. Paul Cornwell: As we continue to expand production of the Enviro100EV and Enviro400EV, I am delighted to announce that Paul Cornwell has joined us as the Regional Service Manager for the South of England. He has already transitioned from his previous role within the quality team and now reports to Steve Edmonds.

6. Tech Pubs and Product Information: We have appointed two Supervisors in this area. Claire Fairbrother is now the Technical Publications Supervisor, while Nick Hill has taken on the role of Technical Support Supervisor. They will work alongside Laura Tofts to maintain the high standards of service our customers expect.

7. Training Department: Knut Hultman, an experienced Training Instructor, will join our team on 5th August. Based in Anston, Knut’s expertise will contribute to the ongoing development of our training programs.
